Monthly Retainer Program:
10 hours of Services: $380
20 hours of Service $700


New Mom Assistance:
2 hours per week (8 hours per month): pick up diapers, groceries, help prepare meals, addressing birth announcements and thank you notes. This is a great shower gift.
Cost: $320/month

Vacation Home Monitoring:
Bring in mail, weekly check of the exterior and interior.
Cost: $150/month

Daily Home Monitoring:
Daily primary home monitoring while you’re away. Bring in mail, take out garbage, interior/exterior home and garage check. Shop for perishables on your return date.
Cost: $175/week (7 days)*

Realtor Assistance:
Put up/take down signs, Install lockbox, deliver documents.
Cost: Inquire to discuss pricing

Welcome Home:
Stock pantry and refrigerator, restart newspaper, make sure home is tidy.
Cost: $80*

Construction Monitoring
Check on the process of a project, report with digital photos, meet with general contractor for updates.
Cost: $420/month – 3 hours per week
